Mr. Handyman of Greater Grand Rapids

Over the last few months, Carl from Mr. Handyman has remodeled two of our bathrooms. Carl has lots of experience working on bathrooms and really knew his stuff! He did a great job communicating with us throughout the process and is friendly and professional. My husband and I are really happy with how our bathrooms turned out! We've also worked with another gentleman from Mr. Handyman in the past to have our attic stairs fixed. We've had a great experience every time we've worked with Mr. Handyman and would absolutely recommend their company for home repair services!

Carl did an exceptional job crafting and installing custom crown molding on our kitchen cabinets. He also replaced a dated light fixture with new dimmable LED ceiling lights, which required electrical work, plaster and painting, all performed with excellence. Two new pendant lights were also installed, again with superior craftsmanship. We couldn't be more pleased with our updated kitchen!

Carl and Chuck couldn’t be nicer professionals to work with if they tried! They both felt like family after the job was complete. Incredibly honest, hardworking, punctual, great communicators, and quality of craftsmanship was five stars! My husband and I already have three more projects lined up with them after this experience. Job well done sirs!

The floor patch and brace was down quickly. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment within 3 day of my initial call. Actual cost was slightly higher than estimated, but worth the money.

I have hired Mr. Handyman numerous times over the years. I prefer using Mr. Handyman over hiring a self-employed person because there is always someone is always available when I need them and Mr. Handyman does excellent work. Last month I had a shower floor leak that damaged the ceiling below. I was given two quotes by the plumber that initially came out and by a recommended contractor. Both recommended an entire shower stall replacement for $10-12K. I decided to call Mr. Handyman. Aaron from Mr. Handyman came by the same day I called and he informed me that we only needed to replace the shower floor, not the entire shower stall, and it would cost about half the price. Aaron repaired the shower floor and damaged ceiling below in less than one week. He showed up on time every day. Aaron is cordial and did a spectacular job. He has been assigned to us before and I would request him again. Additionally, I was able to loop in my insurance company and they worked with Mr. Handyman to get all the information required and I received insurance reimbursement a week later. I have and will continue to recommended to Mr. Handyman to friends and family.

Mr. Handyman of greater Grand Rapids is amazing. They were so kind and friendly from the very beginning. They did exactly what they said they would. Their craftsmanship is amazing. The customer service is amazing. They were quick and ready to work. I would definitely recommend them.

Carl has come twice now to fix some things in my condo and he is top notch! Polite, personable and very knowledgeable. I will ask for him every time!

I'm very happy with the work that Chuck did fixing our trim. He was very professional and the job was completed quickly. On top of that he fixed up another spot after he was done working on the original issue, and was overall very pleasant to work with. Thanks Chuck!
